Please review these terms before scheduling your Propernstructions Private Consultation. By booking and paying for a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
The 30-minute private consultation fee is $250. Payment is required to secure your consultation. An appointment is not considered confirmed until the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed.
One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a missed appointment, except where Propernstructions chooses to make an exception.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation and no-shows are non-refundable. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, missed time cannot automatically be transferred to another date.
If you arrive late, the consultation will generally end at the originally scheduled time so later commitments are not affected. The full consultation fee still applies.
Propernstructions provides life coaching, perspective, accountability and general personal-development guidance. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or emergency/crisis care. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Propernstructions intends to treat information shared during private consultations with discretion. However, this coaching relationship does not create the legally protected confidentiality or privilege that may apply to relationships with licensed attorneys, physicians, therapists, or other regulated professionals. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Coaching can provide perspective, structure and guidance, but individual results depend on many factors. Propernstructions does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, business, financial, or other outcome.
